WHO IS RESPONSIBLE:
The person making the booking for the party will have full responsibility of all the people on the booking and accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of all of them.

COST:
The costs are as shown on the individual booking pages, and are guaranteed from the date you completed the booking form and deposit is received.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 50% of the total holiday cost will be paid at the time of your online booking. Bookings made less than 12 weeks before your booking date will be asked to pay in full. Deposits are non-refundable.

RESERVATION:
Your booking will be reserved when we receive your completed booking form and deposit. A confirmation will be sent to you via email and notification of when the balance is due.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT:
The balance of the payment must be made in full no later than 12 weeks before the date of your booking. If we do not receive payment before that date we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will forfeit your deposit.

REFUND POLICY:
Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds (partial and full) are not available.
Cancellation fees apply, see below.

CANCELLATION FEES:
If you cancel your booking, you will be liable for a cancellation fee based on the following:
More then 12 weeks before your booked date: no fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
Less than 12 weeks before your booking date: fee is full cost of trip. You will still be required to pay the full amount.
If you wish to cancel your booking, we must receive written or email confirmation from the person who signed the booking form.

INSURANCE:
We would advise that you arrange a travel insurance policy covering medical costs, cancellation and for your personal belongings and public liability etc. since these are not covered by us. Under European Law you are also required to carry a stamped E111 form, available from your local post office.

RESPONSIBILITY:
It is your responsibilty to ensure that all members of your party hold valid passports for travel within the European Union.

THE LAW:
The Signature on the booking form constitutes a contract between you and Lac De Missy and is accepted by both parties to be subject to British Law.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:
We are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellations due to the following: fire, storm, flood, closure of ports, weather conditions, acts of god, riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, war or any other event or circumstances beyond our control.

LIABILITY:
Under no circumstances shall our liability to you exceed the amount paid to us for your trip.

PERSONAL RISK:
Fishing is carried out entirely at angler’s own risk and Lac de Missy accept no responsibility for any accidents or damage that might occur on the property.

CHILDREN:
No one under the age of 14 years is allowed to fish. All children under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult angler.

TIMING:
No guests to arrive before 1pm on the date of your booking. All guests to depart by 10am on the date of leaving.
